U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.1% on Friday.
Shares of Adobe Inc. (NASDAQ:ADBE) shares declined 10.3% to $75.02 in pre-market trading after the company reported quarterly results.
Adobe reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter on Thursday. The company said it sees fourth-quarter revenue in a range of $5.5 billion to $5.55 billion and earnings of between $4.63 and $4.68 per share.
Adobe shares dipped 8.5% to $537.00 in pre-market trading.

- Similarweb Ltd. (NYSE:SMWB) declined 11.2% to $8.50 in pre-market trading after the company announced the pricing of $27.475 million secondary offering of 3.5 million shares of common stock at a price of $7.85 by a selling shareholder.
- XCHG Limited (NASDAQ:XCH) shares declined 7.5% to $7.99 in pre-market trading amid possible post-IPO volatility.
- Atea Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:AVIR) shares fell 7.1% to $3.4102 in pre-market trading after the company announced the outcome of the global Phase 3 SUNRISE-3 trial evaluating bemnifosbuvir for the treatment of COVID-19 and found that the trial did not meet the primary endpoint.
- Valneva SE (NASDAQ:VALN) fell 6.2% to $6.51 in pre-market trading.
- Gogo Inc. (NASDAQ:GOGO) fell 6.1% to $7.00 in pre-market trading after declining 3% on Thursday.
